# Sley Assist - Louet and Ashford Floor Looms

This is a tool to help hold your reed flat to make sleying the reed easier and allow you to sit in a normal or more ergonomic posture.   

First video shows the Sley Assist, Beater Holder and Beater Brace being used on a David 3 loom.  The second video shows using Sley Assist on an Ashford Jack loom.   However, watch both videos as they give different tips and focus on features that are common for all looms.
